Sheriff's deputies seek missing man

Authorities are requesting the public’s help to find a man reported missing from rural Wayne County. 

Adam Glenn Davies, 31, was last seen Monday in the area of Polly Watson Road northwest of Fremont, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Davies was on foot, was wearing a blue and white baseball cap with a red bill and was pulling a suitcase.

Davies is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds with light-colored hair and blue eyes. 

Deputies say he may have been spotted in Selma, Smithfield and Rocky Mount.

Anyone who sees Adam Davies is asked to call local law enforcement. Anyone with information on Davies’ whereabouts can contact Sgt. Pat Matthews at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office by calling 919-731-1393.
