NASHVILLE — The Nash County Sheriff’s Office rounded up several sex crime suspects last week who had outstanding felony warrants, including a 71-year-old man accused of raping a child.
The warrants range from failure to change address as a sex offender to second-degree rape to statutory rape to taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Deputies made the arrests June 28, Chief Deputy Brandon Medina said in a news release the following day.
“The following suspects were arrested without any incidents in a collaborative effort by NCSO Criminal Investigative Division personnel,” Medina said.
• Michael Cobb, 64, of Jarrett Drive in Rocky Mount, is charged with failure to change address as sex offender. He’s accused of not reporting his change of address within three business days as required by state law. He received a $10,000 bond.
• Kentarian Johnson, 21, is charged with two counts of statutory rape, four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and four counts of committing a statutory sex offense. He received a $50,000 bond.
• Dock Floyd Wyche, 71, is charged with two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor. He received a $100,000 bond.
• Efrain Barona Delgado, 50, is charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. He received a $5,000 bond.
